Point of Sale Book
The Iowa Army National Guard's recruiting team needed a refreshed Point of Sale book to present to potential recruits and their families.
The existing version was cluttered, poorly organized, and overloaded with disjointed information—making it difficult to navigate and ineffective in communicating key benefits.
I conducted an audit of the existing materials to identify redundant, confusing, or outdated content. Working closely with recruiters and subject matter experts, I restructured the layout to create a strong hierarchy of information.
The final product helped streamline recruiter presentations and improved engagement during family meetings. Recruiters reported more confident, focused conversations—and families appreciated the clarity and professionalism of the new design.
